We need the ability to send email invites to clients using the BCC option. For Telehealth purposes, it is a HIPAA violation to include multiple participants in a group invite. A number of our therapists offer group therapy, and it is a huge inconvenience to send the invite to a single participant, and then create a new email with the copied contents, for it to be sent using BCC. How this was overlooked (for a system that is supposed to be HIPAA compliant), is astonishing. This would be a deal breaker when is comes time for renewal.
