I would like to request that the system email the user an email notification that a new evaluation is ready to review.

We should be able to choose additional people to receive a notification, like the agent's supervisor, for example. More than one person should be able to receive the notification.

A user should be able to ‘edit’ the evaluation form without waiting for the agent to review the evaluation and ‘Request Review’.

256 characters is not enough to provide detailed feedback.
When saving a draft in because I am pulled away to do other tasks, I should be able to pick right back up where I left off without an issue. When I try to update/change my comments, it will only allow me to add, not edit existing comments.
