    After a caller leaves a voicemail and presses pound for more options, the greeting that they hear is not currently customizable according to RC support.We would want to customize the message below, or any other system prompts.To listen your message press 1, to erase and rerecord press 2, to send press 3, to send this message as urgent press 4.
