The RingCentral iPhone app has a feature purporting to add callers to the contact database but gives an error when I try in contrast to the desktop version which works. The RC agent told me that the phone app does not yet have that feature which is odd, especially since the app shows an "add Contact" feature. The feature should be added or the misleading "add contact" feature should not be shown in the app.
