    Currently the only way to view presence is to open the user's profile or be calling them from your messaging. It would be better to view presence everywhere you are able to search for a user -- but especially when using the dial out name search, having some indication of presence there so that a user understands whether they are expecting the person on the other end of the line to be available or busy.

  2. Allow Dialer to be moved out the RC App window.

    When only using the phone portion of the unified application the large window is very bulky. Looking for a way to undock/pop-out the phone/dialpad from the larger screen so that it does not take up as much space when only the phone functionality is in use.
