    I have a proposal that appeared after long and active usage of Glip/Ringcentral. And as my communication with other guys shows, this problem beats many of us :) I mean when someone writes you something in the chat. And you read it and forget. Especially, if that chat group is crowded.Yes, there are bookmarks, but they also start to grow :)  and I oftent think: "ok, will review later". and forgetI just thought, what if to add functionality similar to "bookmarks" but it will be not a static one. but something like a calendar/bot reminder.i.e.you can set up a default time to remind (e.g. 10:00 am)in the chat, when you want not to forget it, you just mark it as "a reminder"and the app sends reminders on a daily basis (like Outlook for events)I think events in the glip can be used for that. Just need to add an option to convert someone's message into an event. Imho, many of the users will be happy
