   Thanks for this suggestion. Remote control during screen sharing is available today, but only when both the person sharing and the person requesting control are on the RingCentral desktop app.

   ... can use the mouse, keyboard control the screen. We need the remote control feature is required. Before we used to have it in RingCentral Meetings. We want the feature back as normal we can use the mouse, keyboard control the screen
