    I agree with Earl Jordan, in business it is important to document conversations. As we use Ring Central messages to communicate with business partners, we need to save some/parts of discussions in separate documenting systems, i.e. various help desk systems. We can easily export/attache email threads to external systems. We need same for Ring Central messages. Just allow copy past to be more than just a handful of messages but something selectable--copy all will give me conversations from months ago until now.
