   When we integrated call system with our CRM , then it was not explained to us that SMS in UK are not available.

   SMS in Uk is very much required. Our ZOHO CRM is integrated for calls but most of the times when customer is not resent , we want to send SMS about our purpose of call and our services. Voice mail is most of the times not heard
