Other than publishing multiple phone numbers which is far less than ideal it would be excellent if we could re-route our 800 numbers to a different carrier in the event of an outage. With Ringcentral's recent outage we were left dead in the water.
Other than publishing multiple phone numbers which is far less than ideal it would be excellent if we could re-route our 800 numbers to a different carrier in the event of an outage.
