    This fix has been under review for years. Push it to a higher priority ASAP.
    Why not ask your customers via email, what features do you want improved in RC Video. This would get the feedback you really need for the Video product.
    This has been a very frustrating problem for most, if not all of your customers. Very bad policies and improvement priorities by RingCentral.

    I have opened a support case regarding this new feature request. It needs to get done now. RingCentral seems to be slow to implement this important feature and it is URGENT.

    What is the status of this new feature? It needs to be implemented NOW, because of the new SMS restrictions. Please update this post. This is URGENT!!! ...GET IT DONE. Thank you!
