Annotation Problem
Annotations are disappear after couple of seconds.It should not disappear until we erase it.Can you please help to fix this issue.Thank you!

This fix has been under review for years. Push it to a higher priority ASAP.
Why not ask your customers via email, what features do you want improved in RC Video. This would get the feedback you really need for the Video product.
This has been a very frustrating problem for most, if not all of your customers. Very bad policies and improvement priorities by RingCentral.
