    I would like to set up a notification email through RingCentral to be sent to the management team whenever a call is received from the same Caller/phone-number more than three times to our main line.
    The purpose of this notification is to ensure that repeat callers are being appropriately responded to, especially in the event of an urgent matter.
    Please let me know if this can be configured or if any additional information is needed.

    As a Medical office, we have to be able to text our patients about some controlled substances.
    Having some of these words censored is very much affecting our communication with our patients.
    Please provide an option to disable this feature. Thank you.
