    Some call recordings can end up containing very sensitive information (PHI, PCI DSS, trade secrets, etc.). It's extremely important to have accurate tracing of who's listened to them for accountability purposes.

    Misuse of call recordings can be a breach vector for insider threats and completely circumvent the encryption the recorded VoIP call is using.

    I'd be happy with entries in the security audit log flagging this activity.
