Prior to the most recent update, when using RingCentral Desktop’s text system, it would show on the screen not only the name and text message but also the phone number and the timestamp of each text message; now, it only shows the name and the message. THe timestamp is hidden until a hover-over. We used to be able to select text and copy/paste into our separate database for logging and it would indicate the phone# and timestamp. Very critical info. Now it unhelpfully only states the name of the contact and the message. Whose idea was it to remove the phone# and timestamp? Why would you think that's a good idea? It's not. Less data is not better. Please return to us the timestamp at the very least.
