We absolutely need across-the-board voicemail disabled. Our company's efficiency and therefore profitability depends on it. We handle our tech support through an email-based ticket system via ZenDesk. We used to handle sales through that same system, as well as the phone lines. Per the CEO, and due to overwhelming tech support requests via phone, we must shut down the ability for customers to call in and leave a voicemail. This is a must-have item ASAP for our company due to these unique circumstances.
