Thanks for sharing this idea! We’re happy to let you know that this feature is now available — you can now set a Caller ID name (CNAM) for an individual phone number directly from the Admin Portal.

This is a no brainer. Please make it happen. Clients should be able to see a caller id when called from number other than main number.
