    We are a 9/80 company of 5 divisions, each requiring unique IVR menus and custom rules for holidays and every other Friday closing. I've had to enter 26 start/end date/times x 5 divisions for Fridays and 12 start/end date/times x 5 divisions for Holidays. I'm not looking forward to doing it again next year.
    Defining holiday calendars or custom calendars, once, that can be referenced by custom rules would be ideal. Copying from one custom rule to another would be a close second. At a minimum, allowing you to type in dates and times rather than endlessly clicking on up-down buttons for times.
