We use RC through Spectrum Enterprise. When migrating to the service we were told the Mitel devices we use were fully compatible, but then discovered otherwise because Spectrum is only a "partner" even though they use the same RC backend. Please give CUSTOMERS the ability to use the service to the best of it's ability, regardless of which vendor is used. Not only do we want to have a full feature set on our existing Mitel phones, but after trialing some Yealink models, we would like to trial some newer Mitel devices as well. If Mitel is what's holding up this agreement/functionality, tell them that "affiliate" customers just want to buy their phones but can't.
