    Sharing a recording with participants — including people outside your organization — is available today via Share Meeting Materials, and hosts can enable it with a single tap. Fully automatic distribution to every invitee without a manual step is under review, and we'll update this thread as it progresses. Feel free to share your feedback and needs here in this thread.     Ideally I would want this to be something like what Fathom.video or Fireflies.ai does where it sends out a meeting recap with the summary and action items to all participants automatically (if you have the setting chosen to do so). It should be able to send the AI generated summary / highlights / action items to internal and external participants.

    Our users have seen other people using these other products and want to do that as well but most of them do not work with RingCentral and I rather them use RingCentral meetings instead of using Zoom or other paid services.
