Automatically share meeting recording with all participants invited
Automatically share recording with all participants invited, instead of having to manually go to the recording page then share.We have daily meetings that are recorded, not all employees can attend. Would like to have it automatically shared with all participants. I have set up a forward on the email, to send to the participants once the vidoe is avalialbe, but still have to manually add them. Need this to be automatic.

Ideally I would want this to be something like what Fathom.video or Fireflies.ai does where it sends out a meeting recap with the summary and action items to all participants automatically (if you have the setting chosen to do so). It should be able to send the AI generated summary / highlights / action items to internal and external participants.
Our users have seen other people using these other products and want to do that as well but most of them do not work with RingCentral and I rather them use RingCentral meetings instead of using Zoom or other paid services.

The default used to autoshare meeting recordings to all attended attendees.Now you have to manually go in and share.. and you can only pick from the attendees who were there not all who were invited (who probably need the recording the most!), and you can no longer share with external users.The only way you can really share is to download the file and share....The process feels extremely clunky and not conducive to the purpose of recordings. Also, would be nice to have settings to control these functions.If you need a disclaimer to share recordings, please add one to accommodate this feature.
