I’ve been able to achieve automated emailing of call recordings by using the RingCentral API and running a custom script on a local VM. While this solution required some technical setup on our end, it's worked well for meeting our organization’s specific needs.
I think having this kind of functionality natively supported within RingCentral — without needing to rely on external scripts or infrastructure — would be a great improvement for many teams. I appreciate the ongoing development efforts and look forward to seeing what enhancements might come in this area!
