    I am required to spend 1 full hour on the phone with RC CS and am required to 'redo' my employee new invitation because the employee had been required to 'set up an account' when they did their interview. They were excited when they got the job, changed the initial signup email to our company email thinking that would give them access to the account. All it does is waste time and effort of expensive resources needlessly. This happens over and over again -- we use RC for everything we can. We try to tell people not to set up their account, but RC marketing insists on making it confusing for a new user. I can't be the only one with this problem that repeatedly happens. At a minimum, don't restrict and admin from over writing our company domain email.
