    I am an insurance agent and the system is blocking words that are part of daily communication with my clients; words like PPO, HMO, coverage, enrollment, etc.

    This is making it very difficult to communicate with my clients. While I understand that spam filters are necessary, it should not be an impediment to my ability to text people.
