I am a neuropsychologist and use RincCentral video as my HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. I do a lot of neuropsychological testing, some of which requires patients to respond by selecting options remotely from the screen. This requires giving them remote mouse access. It is not reasonable to ask all my patients to download the desktop application; all of my patients use the web app or mobile app. Please consider adding access to remote control to participants using mobile or browser apps.
