I recently experienced fraud on my account. Numerous robo calls on my 888 number generating hundreds of dollars of cost that I was completely unaware of for a month. I have been a client for 10 years yet this suspicious activity was not reported to me.
Most other platforms offer some form of alert/ notification for changes in user patterns including AWS, banking platforms, credit card platforms, mobile device platforms, etc.
RingCentral needs to provide its users an alert for suspicious or unusual user patterns to protect users from damages, excess fees, etc.
