This is simply a deal breaker for me. I can't believe that when I give my virtual number from another country to a resident there, I have to also be ashamed to tell them that it is only for voice calls, and they can't text. So, I have to give them another number (possibly my mobile number) for SMS? Why do I even bother to use RingCentral?????
