    For me it's critical because it helps me with my job. I have a variety of clients, some more important than others, and I always have the app open so and it's essential to know who's calling before rushing to the computer to answer. It helps if I know that'll be expecting a call from a determined customer and if somebody else calls, then I can just ignore them.
