As a busy office, it is vital that we find ways of time saving - currently, having to waste time looking up numbers to input into a desk phone in order to call our clients, is not working for us.
We would like the process to be simpler, quicker and effective by having any contacts on the portal, transferred over to the desktop phone and vice versa
