On Zoom, when someone receives a meeting request with a Zoom link, and s/he clicks on the link, if they don't have the Zoom application, Zoom opens in their default web browser and invites them to join the meeting. Simple, clean, intuitive.
For users on Apple devices, when they receive a meeting request for a RingCentral video conference, their default browser opens and requires them to download and install the RingCentral app. This SHOULD be unnecessary; they should be able to join a RingCentral meeting through their browser.
