    Many business-related websites are now requiring dual authentication by text message for security purposes. It would be helpful to provide the main office line and have staff be able to view those messages without my involvement. Currently, I have to be available every time my staff wants to log into a business-related website, check my text messages and forward the security code. Voicemails can be forwarded to different emails and/or extensions. Please allow this for text messages as well.
