    We do not get transcripts. This would be a massive improvement to efficiency!

    In certain circumstances, the links do not work. We also have to give admin access level for team members to even open the links. All previous systems have opened to an audio file. Have the link as a backup would be helpful, but not as the primary voicemail delivery system.
