If we are able to have voicemails as audio files this would make our process easier and run smoother.

Getting the voice mails as links makes listening to them a little difficult as we have to copy and paste the link multiple times before I am able to listen to it. If we were able to have them as a audio files it would make listening much easier.

In certain circumstances, the links do not work. We also have to give admin access level for team members to even open the links. All previous systems have opened to an audio file. Have the link as a backup would be helpful, but not as the primary voicemail delivery system.

Requiring staff to log into the RingCX portal to review voicemails is crippling our workflow. The process itself often fails and the user needs click the link several times before accessing the voicemail. Having an audio file attached would solve this problem entirely and greatly increase our productivity.

Any word on getting RingCX voicemails to include the MP3 file instead of a link?  That would resolve 90% of all our current issues which is growing and becoming more difficult to manage.  Having to give staff admin rights so they can listen to other department VMs is ridiculous. 

We are a recent switch from Mitel to Ring CX. We had this feature in Mitel but do not in RingCX. The extra step to login to the website to listen to queue voicemails is cumbersome and time consuming.
