Ringcx voicemail Email notification includes transcript of the voicemail
Currrently in RingCX, when someone leaves a voicemail. It sends an email notification to any email recepient. However it doesnt include the transcript of the voicemail recording.
This will be very helpful so that we no longer need to listen to the whole recording and make our task more efficient.

This has not been implemented as far as I can see, is there a setting that needs to be changed? the option to have an mp3 & transcript in the sent email is critical, with the option to decide which to enable.
current text via email reads:
"A call for XXXXXX to XXXXX (XXXX Queue) from XXXX was missed on XX-XX-2026 XX:XX:XX AM (timezone)
Call was made on xx-xx-2026 xx:xx:xx AM (timezone) with a call result of MISSED.
A voicemail has been left: https:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

It would also be helpful if the VMs are received as audio files instead of a URL / link
