More importantly, the repeated pop-ups interfere with completing the call efficiently. Instead of being able to focus on selecting the appropriate Call Result and Disposition in Salesforce, additional clicks are required simply to close the notification banners while still assisting the customer. This creates unnecessary interruption and adds steps to a process that should be quick and seamless.
Having the option to disable the notification bubble while retaining automatic Salesforce call logging would significantly improve the user experience, reduce unnecessary clicks, and allow representatives to stay focused on accurately completing call documentation and supporting the customer.
