Allow Salesforce Call Logs Without Post-Call Notification Pop-Up
Option in the RingCentral for Salesforce integration to disable the post-call notification bubble/pop-up that appears when a call log is submitted, while retaining the call log functionality.
Currently, the available settings for disabling the pop-up also disable the call log screen-pop/logging behavior. We would like to continue having calls automatically logged in Salesforce but prevent the notification bubble from appearing after the call is logged.

I agree with the concerns mentioned above. Since the latest RC update, the repeated “Call logged” notifications have made it more difficult to complete call documentation efficiently. The banners frequently appear while I’m selecting the Call Result and Disposition fields, which adds extra clicks and interrupts the normal workflow.
Automatic call logging is helpful, but it would be great if the confirmation could be less disruptive. Having the option to turn the notification off, move it away from the Call Log fields, have it automatically disappear after a few seconds, or limit it to one notification per call would make the process much smoother.
These changes would allow us to focus more on accurately completing our call documentation and assisting the customer without unnecessary interruptions.

Critical. These repeated pop ups interrupt our daily workflow. If the pop ups must stay, can they be moved to the very top of the RC box?

I support this request. Since the 6.49.1 update, I’ve had the “Call logged” notification appear multiple times during a single call workflow. When it covers the Call Result and Disposition fields, I have to stop documenting the call and dismiss each banner before I can continue.
Automatic call logging is helpful, but the confirmation should not interrupt the steps that follow it. Ideally, we could turn off the banner while keeping automatic logging enabled. If that isn’t possible, displaying one brief confirmation per call in a location that does not cover the fields would make a meaningful difference for representatives who complete call logs throughout the day.

I agree with this recommendation. The post-call notification can become extremely tedious, particularly when the banner appears three or four times during a single call workflow.
More importantly, the repeated pop-ups interfere with completing the call efficiently. Instead of being able to focus on selecting the appropriate Call Result and Disposition in Salesforce, additional clicks are required simply to close the notification banners while still assisting the customer. This creates unnecessary interruption and adds steps to a process that should be quick and seamless.
Having the option to disable the notification bubble while retaining automatic Salesforce call logging would significantly improve the user experience, reduce unnecessary clicks, and allow representatives to stay focused on accurately completing call documentation and supporting the customer.

Our reps log calls and call results many times a day, and every log includes picking values in these fields. Closing banners by hand on every call slows them down and adds clicks to a step that should be quick. This started with the latest update 6.49.1.
What we're asking for (any of these would help):
1. A setting or button to turn off the "Call logged" confirmation banners, either per user or for the whole org.
2. If the banners need to stay, move them so they never cover the Call Log fields, for example at the top of the panel or as a small inline checkmark next to Save.
3. Show only one banner per logged call. Currently, multiple banners appear during the same call.
4. Make the banners close faster on their own after a couple of seconds.
