  2. We currently don't have an option yet to change the phonetic spelling of a certain word so that the AI can pronounce the word correctly.

    We have a large client base in Celina Texas. It is very critical for AIR to pronounce Celina correctly. Any business in that city would dislike their business or city name to be said incorrectly. It's hard for us to suggest using AIR to our Celina clients because of this issue. Even, our company has Celina in our name. Even if you can phonetically spell the word in the greeting, there is hundreds of pieces of information with Celina in the Knowledge HUB that would be said wrong. Need an option to teach AIR how to say it correctly from beginning of all calls.
