Also, there should be the ability to record each users voice for outbound calls. It would be so simple to do! For example each time a user makes an outbound call the voice recording of the user could say, Hello, this is ______________ from XYZ company on a recorded line.... then the user would just take over the call seamlessly. Your current way of announcing causes everyone to hang up! This is super important in Florida as we are a two party consent state for call recording. This is critical, I basically won't allow outbound callers in my company to be automatically recording due to me not being able to trust each caller to inform the clients being called.
