   I asked about this in this post:
   RingCentral all: How do I view the status of all Company contacts?

   I agree completely with your reasons for incorporating this feature.

   Some of this information is shown under Messages but attempting to initiate a message for every Company contact is not a workable solution.

   I will do what I can to rally support for this suggestion.
