This feature is critical for us to manage call handling as we adjust our way of working. If some admins are reluctant to add it as they dont want users to make themselves unavailable then it should be a feature that can be switched on or off for users by the admin. The only work around for this would seem to be to give each user the required access to the admin panel which is not an ideal solution
