    Forwarding faxes to an external number is critical for our company. RingCentral has been party to putting our company through a month-long process to re-acquire our 34+ year local fax number under the RingCentral umbrella IN ORDER TO FORWARD TO AN EXTERNAL NUMBER. Once the number was ported, we thought the hard part was over. We spoke with 4 or more of their tech support members and our account executive, all of whom were assisting with fax forwarding, until yesterday, when the final representative explained that none of what had been done up to that point would work because RingCentral does not offer fax forwarding externally. RingCentral wasted about a month and a half of our time, countless hours on support tickets, and emails. We have no time for BS. Either fix the feature you and your techs said was available to convince us to port our number, or you will lose another customer.
