This means that RingCentral cannot be used for high security application. To add additional context here, the current OTP method of MFA supported by ring central is vulnerable to phishing attacks. This means that RingCentral cannot be used for high security application. The gold standard for MFA (FIDO/WebAuthn authentication) is also phishing-resistant. Please implement phishing resistant MFA.
