    Transfer by context option to include voicemail direction when we have a call that is a telemarketing call or non client type calls that can just leave a voicemail

    integrating ring central with Clio so that when clients reach out, they can provide their contact details and push this information to Clio for internal team to schedule..integration with CLio so client can be scheduled via clio as well.
