AI call notes capture case facts, client statements, and call summaries.
If they disappear due to ringcentral's retention windows , we can’t satisfy legal holds for discovery. That exposes us to gaps in the record and potential spoliation claims because our firm relies on these notes for ongoing matters,and compliance reviews. The current workaround (manually copying notes) is slow, error-prone, and not defensible.
Urgently requesting the following features to be implemented:
-Admin ability to “Move to Archive” on any note (single + bulk).
-Auto-archive rules (e.g., by team, queue, tag, or age).
-Legal Hold / immutable mode (WORM) with audit logs.
-Search + export (CSV/PDF) and API access for automated backups to our storage.
-RBAC so only designated admins can archive/restore.
