Improve AI Transcription
Most of the time, the transcription is inaccurate, making this feature unreliable. We need to enhance the accuracy by making sure the languages and accents included for the AI system are broad or expanded enough that it can detect whichever words are mentioned in the calls are transcribed properly. This will help save time and increase efficiency as we won't need to go back to the recording and listen to it just to get the correct statements mentioned in the conversation.

The transcripts I get through my account are completely unusable and often don't make any sense, unlike the ones my colleagues receive, which have been extremely helpful on multiple occasions when resolving issues or clarifying misunderstandings with our clients.
I'm not sure what's causing the problem with my account, but I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, using the transcription feature both with and without a headset, among other troubleshooting steps, and the issue still persists.
Although I've had consistent follow-up from the RC team, I'd really appreciate any additional guidance you can provide to help me finally find a solution. From what I've seen, this appears to be a longstanding issue affecting several users.

This is critical to our business. These transcriptions are provided to attorneys as case summaries after a case evaluation to generate documents & follow up emails and text communications.

Even the lead extract spreadsheet is very hard to understand. the last column is poorly formatted.

Transcription is very inconsistent. To be useful, transcriptions must be accurate.

Service Engineer mentioned that MS Teams transcript won't be accurate 100% as we don't get multi-stream files for teams and we are only dependent to them. ** Request to have multi-stream files for teams so we won't encounter any issues with the transcript accuracy.

I strongly agree with Linda, it's extremely hard for my team to use the product when they have a free iphone app that does a far better job at transcriptions than this app does.
How can Ring Central be lagging so far behind on such a high priority item? Automation is the name of the game right now
