    I agree to this and requesting to let us know if there is any alternative apart from disabling the Integration to stop the simultaneous ring.
    Because disabling the functionality for a timely basis and then re-enabling it will create user to put in multiple tickets.
    to reduce the effort on the user's side, is there any alternative that we can use for this kind of requests.
