    The inability to disable direct extension dialing for the Cloud Office system has become a major issue for our large business environment. We are a mall with many individuals, departments, and especially in our corporate executive offices. Having outside callers being able to reach C- level offices via the Auto-Receptionist has started to create a large problem with Ring Central not having an option to prevent this from continuing. There should be an option in the IVR to disable callers to Dial Extensions at any time. Upper management is extremely unhappy with this problematic issue.
