There needs to be a more efficient way to retrieve messages taken by the AI receptionist than checking phone call transcripts. Or the call should be transferred to a line that has a voicemail. It should not be allowed to take a message if the message is not being transferred to anyone to handle it. This is going to cause issues with missed calls/information that is important to our patients/clients or our practice.
