I had this feature as an IBM employee 30 years ago. The feature should be simple to design and needs to be available from the desk phone. For example, after pressing 2 for administration, 2 for greetings, and 2 for voicemail greetings...
- to record standard greeting, press 1
- to record vacation greeting , press 2
- to record a different temporary greeting, press 3
- to choose which greeting plays, press 4
A similar setup could be done for introductory greetings.
