    Without having the ability to know who is being transferred from the call center to an internal extension, it causes confusion and concern on who the caller is being transferred.

It can significantly impact the reliability and efficiency of communications, ensuring that calls are answered and that the caller ID reputation is managed effectively. This should be developed and released as soon as possible.
